LRMG at the Frieth Horticultural show Sunday 12th Sept 2021

 

Another big Team effort for  the Frieth Horticultural Show. A huge success with first places for our Gladioli, Raspberries, Potatoes, Beetroot and Grasses - to name a few.....7 - First , 4- Second, 8 -Third.

 

LRMG at the Frieth Village Fete Sunday 5 Sept 2021

 A real Team effort at the Frieth Village fete. A huge success next to cake, beer and BBQ stalls. A very hot day - we almost sold everything! 

Sensory Garden - Thank you and Offically Opened 1 Sept 2021 and the House Open Day 4 Sept 2021...

A welcome and a speach of thanks by Robert Rendell at the Sensory Garden Opening and Marlow Town Brass Band played in the House grounds  on 4 Sept.

 

 

2017 4th JULY. OPEN DAY.   See photos page.

2016 .

12-14 September. the Lady Ryder Memorial Garden was voted in the top 3 Charities at GLEE at Birmingham NEC.

5th JULY   OPEN DAY

May. We now can offer both Level 1 and Level 2 Diplomas in Horticulture.

 

 

 

2014..

Our New Education Centre. (See Garden pictures section) Roof is on, 19 August 2014. In use as of December 2014.

14 June. Dinner when Philip Harkness spoke about Harkness Roses. 

15 June Garden Open Day. 2-5pm. Lady Ryder of Warsaw Roses planted. See hoto's above. 

April. Planning permission for Education centre granted.

 

2013

May .. From September we will be linked to Berkshire College of Agriculture to provide City and Guilds qualifications.

First BCA course started in September 2013. 9 Students. 3 have obtained full time employment!! Remaining 5 have 100% passes on all units that they have taken. They are nearly half way through the course. 

March 2014 update. 4 in full time employment. 1 in part time employment and living with his family. 2 have returned to live with their family. 2 still taking course.  

2012 October. New B Tech course began. January 2013. All candidates pass!

2012 23 September.  The High Sheriff of Buckinghamshire visits the Garden in the morning during her Ride across the county.
